Recently, I get so moody and I become more suspicious of some people in my life. It's because they cannot blame me. I have my own sets of problems too and stress in life and I don't want people who come in my life and add more of it.
I get paranoid too thinking of many suspicions. I will try to just focus on good things now and stop worrying about them.
Our moods are affected by how good or how bad the thoughts are running in our head from time to time, so I try to stop entertaining negative thoughts, devil is injecting at times.

You need to relax a bit, you must be burned out on something that is going to your life right now. Try to seek those people whom you can trust and open up on them on a nice way. Sometimes understanding everything that's happening makes our world a little complicated. :) Chill a bit and focus on one thought at a time. It can differ your mood if you take things more easily.

I think everyone of us has this occasional mood swings, caused by stress, illness and not good environment. For me the best way to change your bad mood to good is laughter and reaching out to a friend or associating with positive people.

You just can not escape the devil and his injections. He is always ready to inject negative thoughts in your mind. He knows your mind is fragile and could be penetrated and horrifying and worrisome thoughts could be injectd in you .............
.
Having talked about the devil's efforts, I would say that stop the devil to enter at the door. Try to divert your attention towards somethings positive. When upset count your blessings. You see you just can not change others but you have the power to control yourself.

It's only fair to feel that way..some thoughts are borne out of experiences that we face each day which in turn leaves us feeling that way but in my case, I don't dwell on feelings that has no sufficient cause. It ruins the good vibes.

Try think positively and always try to think good things. Live in present. Try to think about the memories. Dream about good things and things you like and wanted in the future and smile yourself. Try to decorate your memories. Thinking positively makes positive things to life.

I felt that way too
the worst is I feel like no body care for me
I know I shouldn't expect for more attention from the people surround me since they are busy too
but that toughts just come over and over when they too busy

I am also susceptible to this mood every now and then. Especially when I feel like I am doing everything that I can to the best of my abilities and yet nothing seems to happen right. And some people would ask me how am I doing. I have been burned before of people who will just pretend to really care for me, when in fact they just want to know the latest buzz on me so they can gossip about me and feel good about themselves. Now I am more cautious as to who I open up with.

I feel really sorry for the suffering that you bear. Your heavy stress on the mind may cause you personal harm and create misunderstanding around you. May you try for meditation.Make your mind slave to you and take full control over the mind. Deep meditation will help you gain strong will power. Mind is like a meadow and no weeds allow to grow there. Consider all your negative thoughts, suspicious and crazy thinking as weeds. If you are a believer on religion, You can follow the best practice described there to mitigate your suffering that relates to disturbing mind. Listen to music that you love, talk to the person that you trust most and feel free to do that release your stress.

You really need to relax. Being constantly suspicious over people and worrying about current and future problems can drive you crazy. It's good that you came to a conclusion that you shouldn't give up to negative thoughts. It would get you nowhere. I think you need a break. Try to spend some time with people that make you feel safe like your family or closest friends. Stay positive!

when you start to feel this way give yourself a time out to clear your head of the thoughts some times yes they are real but it is not good for us in our own health
