Our body really needs an 8-hour of sleep or else it will get weak....

Hi there Fellow Mylotters,
Indeed, having a complete sleep cycle is very important to our body. As much as possible, our body really needs to have an eight hour of sleep everyday. Or else, it will give us a low body resistance. Same thing that happened to me, as I am just having a 6-hour sleep everyday, so my body resistance somehow give in. As a result, I was not able to do my offline and online task for two days. Hence, I need to be rested for a while to gain the lost energy. Although I can do some of my online task now but my body still feels weak. What to do, I need to do my work or else, my target income would be affected.

Oh airasheila, I agree with you. 8 hour of sleep is really important that is why I set my hour of sleep into 8 hour though there are lots of destruction. From 12 hours, I become busy and 8 hours is my sleep. My only problem is I do not have any recreation activities and I forgot to create a time for my recreational activities. Maybe 10 hours for online, 2 hours for recreational activies and 8 hour of sleep.
I envy with my cat. She slept 22 hours and after that, she's going to eat.

A pleasant day IntrovertShy,
I am doing and working on a different schedules. In the morning, I am doing an offline job, wherein I was hired being an accountant aside from other businesses that I am handling I am still working at night doing online task. Perhaps, stress is the main factor why my body got weak. As a result, I have to rest for straight two days.

We'll our body needs to rest also.if we can't sleep at the right number of hours our body will try to make a way to make us rest and in your case you got sick so you can rest your body for a while.so I think it is much better to sleep at the right time and just mange your time wisely so your health won't be at risk again.I'm sure you can get your target income as long as you manage your time and your rest.

yes that is true and i believe on that,because sometimes when i work overly using internet after my work i feel and experience slow in the next morning because i don't have a good sleep that usually 8 hours sleep should be,it will definitely weaken our resistance and immune system too.

Hey friend don't work that hard , don't push too hard and don't imitate me that am having less required sleep because i am already used to it. Of course i am not the exemption , we need adequate rest and sleep . Machines even needs to be rested else it will explode. Health is must be our first consideration but it becomes the last consideration if the month is about to end and payout is not yet reach . Anyways , when we will reach payout , we will take time to slow a bit and beauty rest bit longer now. Good Morning !

As much as I want to rest but I can't. As I have a very high target and I want to accomplish any of those. So in this regard, I am really working that much. An offline task in the morning and an online task in the evening.

I have insmnia problems and that does effect my high blood pressure. I drink sleepy time tea before I go to bed sometimes and that helps.I have an issue with waking up,then I cannot get back to sleep.

I am sorry your body is weak and hope that you will soon be rested up. Myself I feel lucky if I sleep 7 hours a night. You did however make me stop and think. I do seem to feel very tired by the end of my day and the weekends I want to sleep but then I mess up my nights and days. I think I will try making myself sleep 8 hours or atleast stay in bed for 8 hours then maybe I won't be so drained by the end of the day. Most important right now for you is to make sure you aren't working so hard on the computer that you forget the rest of your life. Get outside and get fresh air everyday not to mention eat healthy food. I know how easy it is to get caught up on the computer and working on things online that we let other things slide. I have done it as I am sure many here have and myself a couple of times I ended up in bed not able to function for many days because I was so sick. I hope you feel better soon and are able to get the things done you need to.

Hi Air,
I have seen some people sleep less than 8 hour but they just energize
infact, they more energize than ordinary people
all you have to is balancing with the intake nutrition
eat veggie and fruits will make you energize so your body need less sleep

You are overdoing it and that is not good for your health. Not everyone needs eight hours sleep, some need more and some less. The problem probably is that you sit for long hours in front of the computer. Sitting anywhere for long hours is bad for you. Why not set an alarm to remind you that it is time to get up and move around. You will feel better for it. I suggest that you take time off every hour and find something else to do that will make you mobile.
You will probably find that you will work more efficiently if you look after yourself in this way than if you just sit and try and slog it out.

Yeah, as much as possible ,I am eager to consume at least eight hours of sleeping in a day. Yeah, like you I feel so weak when I don't consume that total hours, when I am in the office , I felt so dizzy and so I cannot work well. When I did not consume a total of eight hours day, I make sure that the other day I will fill that unconsumable eight hours.

Try to relax also.. don't neglect your health for the sake of earning.. eat a lot of fruits and veggies and lots of water.. if you think you are lacking sleep then make it up.. don't ever push your self to its limits in regards with sleeping.. we need sleep to recharge so we can have energy for our daily activities..

i just disagree with the fact mentioned above.
its not my opinion , but its a proven fact that sleep depends on age ( first of all ) , and than on other factors like amount of physical work a person does.
for instance , a newly born child few months old , sleeps for almost 24 hrs.
teenagers are supposed to sleep for at least 8 hrs.
adults for 6 hrs , and in the end , the amount of sleep gradually decreases
as the person leads to aging...........
so 4-5 hrs of sleep is more than enough for old aged people.
