I would like to know about others if they pray in their life, then how they observe their pray? what they feel with that? and what is their experiece?
I have study that praying make us fresh, as our energy connect to source of energy (God) and with that we feel much better in our faith, soul, body.
does pray make you fresh?
Do you get power with that specially while of suffering with sorrows in your life?
Is that effective for you?
Please share your experience with me. Thaks to all.

Yes, normally people beleive that they feel good or better after the prays. This the reson why most of the people pray for. It is a best pshychological condition (who'se ever invention) and best medicine for the mind and soul (if at all). So, if someone get some kind of relief by praying, let it be and the open fact is that there is no meaning for the same. Does a snake or a rose plant do praying? Oh no, they don't have sence - shame. What an invention!

Well, I know that human is the king of the earth and for that, God has made those as product of human to kill, eat and enjoy with that, to get power, they are kind of sin that we do, but are permitted by God for human 's life and health, we born with right of choice but a flower, tree, grass, does not have choice, that is our diffrence. we use flour, milk, whatever, for that we have finished life of something. those have been made for that work only, they have no choice, like an angles, they are under command, they do not work on their own. this is only human being that has this kingdom to be free, to think, and to choice, as God has given us a part of his soul into our soul.... I do not know how to explain but I am sure you understand that much better than what I try to explain.

I must admit, I don't pray often and I often forget.
But I do feel good after praying. It makes me meditate better and I feel that I am guided and strengthened by this. It is subtle but it is there. I have not experienced anything miraculous but I still think that simple and sincere prayers are just as great as songs and prayers of praise.

Hi,
Prayer doesn't give solutions to problems but it gives strength to solve the problem or face the difficulty. We always pray God when we are in difficulty but we forget to thank God when we are happy. We should pray God in both the situations happy and sad. I always feel very fresh after praying God.

Prayers will give peace of mind and we forget about our tensions and worries while praying. We must think about god fully while praying and forget about your issues. Each and every one is having their own style for prayer.

I pray regularly and privately. For me it is the best start to the day and if I get diverted into doing other things then I feel at the end of the day that I have really missed out by not spending a little time talking with God. Prayer does not make me feel physically fresh but it does give me a fresh outlook on problems as I pray and wait for an answer. So I cope much better after praying about it because I look at things, and sometimes my attitudes, quite differently afterwards.
Generally I think that prayer causes me to stop and think, to analyse my feelings and my motives and to check out my life style against the life and teachings of Jesus.

I have my ways of praying. My prayers are not necessarily me being alone and hearing nothing but the surrounding's silence. Most of the time my prayers would be when I am walking, praying that i will be kept safe. When I am to eat, thanking God for the blessing, When I am about to sleep, thanking God for the day, and just basically letting him know that I appreciate my days, and that I do feel his presence and tel him to give my a good day the next day... and of course upon waking up - i say a little thanks to god that he gave me yet another chance at life.
I have even prayed walking, talking to god and just telling him or wishing him to care for the person i saw, or that i pray for my friends while walking... i feel happy whenever i pray for my friends and i feel that i have offloaded a lot of burdens in my chest whenever i pray because just a wind blowing in my face makes me feel that god hears me.

If I pray for myself I really don’t get any concentration and can’t pray heartily. So I won’t do it for my personal benefit. In fact I feel odd to pray God for some benefits of mine. When I get a chance to pray then mostly I ask forgiveness if I did any mistake knowingly or unknowingly. If I do pray for others especially for dear people, I can do it well and I feel good too. Even I can understand whether my prayers will work positive or not at the time of praying.

the way that God accpet the pray we do for ourself is just accepted first by praying for others. so when you pray for others then God says I like this one, I will fullfill his or her wishes because he or she needs something but prefered to pray for others first. God bless you.

I pray hard, like unloading my feelings to my best friend. I am not ashamed to cry when I pray, I just utter what I have in my heart because I know that God can hear me. I feel better after praying.

I do too cry while of praying and I share all my pain to God, about everything, and that is the only way for me to feel better.

Praying makes me feel better coz it is like taking out a heavy burden from your chest. I really pour out myself to God when I pray. I would often pray to give me a peace of mind and a loving and understanding heart so that I am able to understand people around me.

For me praying is like having a personal conversation with God. At times I silently talk to him, sometimes I keep quiet and try and listen to what God is trying to tell me. I cry, fight with him, argue with him and talk to him as if he right here next to me. Praying releases my worries, makes me relaxed and gives me patience.
