Cats... Have you ever had a cat that actually listens to you?

So I have this cat. Well she is still a kitten. She actually listens to me. I will open the back door and go outside and she will follow. I will tell her stay on the porch and she will. I will leave the front door open and i tell her stay i will be right back and she sits there watching me. It's adorable. I can tell her come here and she does. She just jumps right up in my lap. I can tell her it bed time and she will automatically run into the bedroom. Shes the most precious thing ever.
Have you had a kitten or cat that does that?

It takes a while for a cat to become accustomed to its owner and their way of doing and saying things. They also get clues from body language. It's unusual for a kitten to already be able to do that. How long have you had this kitty?
My cat understands what I say. She knows pretty much from my body language what I am going to do and adjusts her behaviour to that. But I've had her for over four years and we've become quite bonded.

she will be a tear old this summer close to july i think. she has been like this for awhile now. She doesn't like my fiance that much... Mostly cause they like to mess with each other and test each other. The other night my fiance walked into the kitchen and my kitten likes it in there cause it reminds her of her kitten hood. And when my fiance walked in there he looks down and says" what are you doing" and she starts meowing to him like they are talking. It was cute. But she'll run to him only a night when its almost bed time or when she knows i'm mad at her.

My cat is totally different. When I am happy she hunts me, when I am sad she attacks me..........I try to cuddle her she attacks me. If I beg her to stay beside me she runs away. With all this, I love my cat: she is original, and a rebel:D

Cats are amazing and I have two awesome cats. I believe one of them does listen to me and he knows when I'm going to do certain things. When I put the nightlight on in the living room she runs to my bedroom because he knows I'm getting ready to go to bed. If I open a can with a can opener he thinks I'm getting food for him...that's not always the case though.
