Glad to see many joggers now......

Happy Friday to all. I have noticed that there are many joggers in our place now every morning. While waiting for my service going to work, I used to wait in the waiting shed and see many joggers now. It seems that people now are quite health conscious and wanted to really have a healthy and fit body. Happy for them especially for those people that I know cause they have time to jog in the morning. Quite envy as well since they find time to jog in the morning, I do hope I can do it as well. I am looking forward to the day that I could jog too. Have a great Friday ahead to all of us.

I think some particular days are more beneficial for health purposes especially weekends. I can imagine your place having joggers taking full advantage of weather conditions. I am sure the healthy season has lot to do with increased number of people. Cheers.

Well I guess it is more joggers during weekends since most of the people don't have work.Its nice to see them especially if they are with their friends or family jogging together.Sort of binding while trying to be more fit and healthy.

Me and my cousin plan to jog every morning but since we had plan last month until didn't realize. I always woke up late in the morning. We do hope that we can fix our schedule this week so we can start jogging around our place every morning

hi ardoy0731. here in our village, there are regular joggers not just in the morning but i the late afternoon/early evening as well. we have a runner's path in our village and it is very common to see joggers doing their thing, huffing and puffing and seriously trying to get fit through running/jogging. this is especially true during the weekends. i get to jog/run every thursday and friday as these are my days-off but one time when i had my leaves during the weekend, i was really surprised at the number of joggers in our village. the runners path is beside a basketball court and a tennis court as well so there are a lot of people, enjoying a game of hoops or tennis in the area as well.

Runner's path seems to be a great idea.Nice that your place do have some areas to do such sporty things that are really beneficial and great to do.Enjoying healthy doing sporty activities like that.Not only promoting and practicing healthy things but friendship as well.

Jogging is good for the health, it is quite obvious many people want to have a healthy body and are determined to get it every morning, i am so glad for all these people, at least they are making themselves stronger and keep the disease away from them through their own effort.

Yeah it is really good for our health. It really give lot of benefits physically thats why we really have to do it regularly and as much as possible. It will lead to healthier life that each of us aim for us to have a longer life.

Oh, it's nice that so many people care about their health now. I should take up on some excercise, because I've kind of out of shape now, due to the lack of time and a really hectic life, but I'm trying to bring back gym work and running into my daily routines.

Good that you wanted to get back to gym again and running is great exercise as well.We really have to do activities like this cause it really give lots of benefits for our health.We really have to find time.If we really want it we can do it no matter how hectic or busy our schedule it.

Happy great Friday too, every morning most of the time I do jogging outside near at the park even though im still a teenager but I feel like I have lots of energy for the day when I job on that morning, I do it because when my brother lives here he always inviting me to jog at morning so that is the reason why I beloved jogging.

Well it is really more enjoy to jog or run if we are will someone.Its more fun to have someone with us doing activities like this but there are still some people who wanted to do it alone.For me, more people with is more fun and enjoyable.

Happy Friday to you are all others on excellent My Lot. I think joggers enjoy the healthy exercise and scenery that they pass on their exercise route. It is a cheap exercise that is suitable for anyone. The early morning is a fantastic time to go out jogging. I prefer to do dancing, swimming and in the jacuzzi at my local sports center. Yeah so easy exercise with lots of benefits.Don't need any equipment to use at all and can even done within the backyard or around the house.I guess I could still do it in the pathway outside the house, in the front of the house wherein I could back and forth for couple of times.

Jogging can be very healthy. I used to jog when we were still living in a village where there weren't many cars. I liked it there because the smoke wasn't that thick. Where I'm currently living, there are a lot of public vehicles so it's not advisable to run, let alone jog.

Here in our place air seems to be still fresh with the help of the trees around.Quite far enough in the metro that are really polluted so its nice to jog here during morning, there are no much vehicles as well.

I seem can't to find the time to jog too and I am also envious to those people I see who jog on a daily basis. I guess I would have to find time to have physical activity like jogging, running or even cycling. I feel that I have been so lazy lately and I am depressed about it. I want to really go outside and enjoy sweating and burning those unwanted calories in my body. I have gained a lot of fat lately due to my inactive lifestyle and I want to change this.

Hi ardoy! Oh! I thought you will be sharing you jogging activities with us. We have an area in our place where joggers often visit. It is a place near the sea but the road were already developed. Everyday many joggers would go there for their morning exercise and other physical activities. This is an excellent way of maintaining a healthy body, so we should also find time to have this activity. Have a great day!

I do hope that I could share my jogging activities soon and looking forward to that,I will keep updated.It is really an excellent way to be healthy and make our body stronger.Not too hard yet not that easy, I think just enough to be healthy and feel great.Doing it for an hour mean a lot.

Hi Ardoyo ! Exercise is very important for our health. It promotes circulation ! We need to have it daily for at least 30 minutes. Jogging or brisk walking everyday for at least 30 minutes is enough. It is good to jog in early morning as everything is fresh , fresh air , wind and fresh mind ! If no chance in morning since work starts early we can have it in the late afternoon. This is the time i always jog ! The wind is cool , many joggers around quadrangle , it is so inspiring ! Just a tip so you won't be bored jogging alone , always wear your headset and listen to the music , You won't feel tiredness and you won't noticed , you have taken several rounds already. Be sure friend you can do exercise , our body needs it very much !

Your right that exercise is really important to use so we really have to spend even just a while everyday cause it will be for our own good.Jogging is a simple kind of exercise that gives so many benefits in our health so doing it for a couple of minutes will mean a lot.

jogging has lots of benefits... so i hope you can find you time time to jog.. i do jog if i have time also because i have learned that jogging improves fitness and endurance - strengthening of endurance increases capacity for work and active life in general. Increased activeness in every sense means safe exit from the lethargy and bad feelings, Weight Loss,Burn Abdominal Fat,Improve Appetite, Strengthen Muscles and Bone Density..

i am a regular jogger. everyday during the sunset, it is my favourate time to jog in my neighbourhood. jogging is very healthy to get a fit body. don't look forward to do that, just do it. there is no excuse to do jogging unless you don't want do it from the bottom of your heart.
