The bad vibes turned into nothing. I think it was just stress.

Now that things have blown over, problems which were causing me extreme stress, the bad vibes I was having the other night have passed.
I still don't know what happened, but I think it was extreme stress.
I have an appointment to make sure that there's no underlying medical issue that I'm suffering from, hopefully not, but I'll have to wait and see.
But I'm feeling better, haven't had a panic attack in 2 nights and that's a good sign.

I hope you get yourself some time to relax. Don't think too much. And just enjoy the time of being idle for at least a day. It will help you feel better.

That is a good sign and I certainly do hope you continue to feel better now. I imagine you are over tired as well and that just makes things worse. I am hoping that the things that are stressing me will dissipate as well. I want to be in charge of my life. Let us know how it turns out when you have your check up.
