Most protein sources come fom Meats and Bean. Then they come from Milk, which is also part of the Meat category. If you don't like eating, then i would suggest you buying a whey protein, with not too much calories.

Iron sources are beans, meat, and vegetables like spinach and romaine. I get most of my iron from wraps (flat out and ole' extreme wraps). Nuts are also an excellent source of iron.
Protein sources are beans and rice (together they make a complete protein), naturally meat is an excellent source of protein and where the majority of people get their protein from. I am not a meat eater and I get all of my protein from a plant based diet. I eat A LOT of eggs (almost a dozen a day) but never fear, eggs are the cleanest source of protein with no fat and the average person can have 3-4 eggs a day as long as they have no history of high cholesterol levels.
I don't use whey or casein protein as it's derived from beef, and as I mentioned I don't eat meat. I do use soy protein on occasion. I haven't been using it to much lately, because of the higher carb content. I'm looking into buying a plant based protein mix using spirulina.

I recently learned that black-eyed peas and raisins are high in iron. Red meat has protein and iron also.

Try to eat vegetable salads, include all that is green in your diet, all the leaves like spinach, coriander leaves, onion leaves. Then make dates as a part of your regular diet have 3 to 4 daily and drink milk. Have fruits too..

Protein is very important in muscle-building processes of the body, while iron is responsible to blood and cell processes. At an average, the body needs 40-70 grams of protein per day and we need 1-1.5 milligrams per day to replace the lost iron. These measurements are just an estimation considering the age, lifestyle, nutritional requirement, and health status. Hope it helps.

Try eating chicken or pork liver for iron. Eat a lot of vegetables, too. If you really want to have protein and iron daily, try drinking supplements.
