What food we have to eat for getting protein and iron?

Hi friends how many of you know what foods we have to take to get protein and iron for our health.... because its very important for us.

aswathy88 Try to eat vegetable salads, include all that is green in your diet, all the leaves like spinach, coriander leaves, onion leaves. Then make dates as a part of your regular diet have 3 to 4 daily and drink milk. Have fruits too..
