Is it good or bad?

Is it bad to eat two eggs a day?? I like boiled egg alot but I'm worried if eating two eggs a day will be bad for me or something. I like having egg in the morning and sometimes I crave for it for a snack.

I really don't know if they are good or bad for a person. I eat them no matter what. I love hard boiled eggs and some days I will eat more than one. I am still here at almost 60 so I guess they aren't too bad.

Hello :D. I have heard about eggs being good for you because they have protein, and I have heard that they are bad for you because they have a lot of cholesterol. I'm guessing two eggs daily might help your or hurt you depending on how much you exercise (to control the cholesterol). If you don't exercise a lot or if you have cholesterol/heart problems, I think daily eggs might not be a good idea. Otherwise have fun, the truth is that since a lot of things change between people, no one could really tell you if it helps you or not until you try. Check your cholesterol levels and if they are good, go ahead and enjoy your eggs :D.

hi bluebutterfly If you do not have a health problem with high cholesterol I would go ahead and eat two eggs a day . I have n cholesterol problems so have an egg every morning for breakfast as they are good protein.So keep an eye on your cholesterol count and if you are normal then yu can go ahead and eat an egg or two very day with no harm and they are delicious and good protein too.

Eggs are very good for you as I eat two eggs in the morning, two in the afternoon and two at night. So this basically means I am eating six eggs daily. The are good as they are a good source of protein and energy. If you are looking to create a good physique then while doing heaving exercises you will be needing to eat more than a dozen eggs daily. Keep eating eggs and don't worry as they are good for you.

hello bluebutterfly20! my mom's doctor advised her to eat the egg whites only of boiled or fried eggs cause its a very good source of protein while the egg yolk is full of cholesterol.

Hiii Butterfly.. I dont think there is any problem. Eggs are rich in protein. But if you are still afraid you should exercise. I am not that health concious. I just eat whatever I want. If we like to eat somthing why worry about such things?? Eat and have fun.. Happy Posting

I don't eat eggs every day, but I do eat them in the form of either scrambled or fried eggs. I usually eat three of them. It is hard to say if they are good or bad for you. I have never eaten that many eggs anyway, as I prefer not to. I usually eat two pieces of toast than eggs. I eat bowls of cereal too, usually once or twice a week. Eggs, i uusally just eat once a week or so. Take care, and have a good day.

I think two eggs are better than one, lol!, seriously, the i think there's nothing wrong with having to consume two eggs in a day, more than that, say, six or more, would surely cause some metabolic imbalance in your system. But i would say anything in excess really isn't good to our body.

For young age group, I do think it is is fine. Unless, they are not allergic to it. For old age group, it is not advisable for them to eat two eggs in a row. Since the cholesterol level is too high and it is not good for their health.

Oh hard boiled eggs are soooo good. It's hard to say if it's bad for you, we do not know your cholesterol needs. If you're worried about if you can try just eating the egg whites, most of the cholesterol is in the yolk. You can also eat an egg substitute. Get some Eggies and egg substitute. Pour the Egg sub into an Eggie boil and bam low to no cholesterol hard boiled eggs:)

well it might not be that good in the long run if you eat them everyday, its good to take a days break from time to time because too much of anything isn't good for you. But eggs are certainly healthy and eating them regularly ensures good health. They're full of protein, vitamin a and healthy fats. There was some talk before that they might not be that healthy because they may lead to cholesterol but I think 2 eggs a day with a break from time to time is definitely healthy and good for you.

before, I heard eating Eggs daily, will result of something negative, damn I forgot the exactly stated but it's bad, as they said, but me, every Weekdays I eat 2 boiled eggs, and 3 Hotdogs, and there's no something wrong with me with eggs you can get proteins that can support your body, and the Egg Yolk has also benefit, I forgot the exactly positive gives damn

I don't think it's bad as long as you don't have a problem with cholesterol.I'm a skinny person an i eat 4-5 eggs a week, but were days when i eated two boiled eggs and i was fine :)

Every kind of food has its good function on body. Even if you like eggs, do not have too much, after having much for a long time, you will soon change to hate it. Here doctor tells me that the suitable amount is one for a day, I can have two but only one day in a week. If I have more than that eggs may be cause blood problems. I think to set the suitable amount, you can ask your doctor for help.

Having too much of anything is bad for anyone especially if she/he had a health problems. Unless, otherwise the doctor had prescribes it. Usually, I have two to three eggs a week. Eating eggs gives us many health benefits but I think it will outweighs it's good source if we overdid it.

I think that you should refer with your doctor to actually answer that question correctly..I don't know of egg hurting any one except that I have heard of a connection between eggs and high cholesterol...

well, I have heared that eggs are good for health but everything on taking on daily basis has limit. if even something is good for health but to take extra of that, would have some side effects. in my idea, if you take egg daily then use one. anyway, it all depends to your body how much needs that. as for me that I have weak stomach then I should not take that much egg. I take it just in a week. becuase egg is heavy for stomach as that is rich in protein and calcium.

Eggs are very healthy for you. I eat broiled eggs a lot also. I love them and they help satisfy my hunger.
