Since you are suffering from a broken arm, it is quite not possible to make it a painless journey. It takes some months at least to fix your broken arm. While waiting for it, make sure you take a healthy diet especially rich in calcium. Because you need a lot of calcium to regenerate and strengthen your bones. Not to forget protein rich food like soy and fish. Take care of yourself okay.

thanks 1 month later and im still in some pain although more flexible than before. It seems that it can take up to one year to be back to normal or possibley never I have always dealt with some pain from other things, but it just keeps adding up.... so i keep getting more and more things hurting

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation very well and i know that u must have been frustrated due to your broken arm. i think i should not stay intact like this rather talk to a specialist doc who can give your advises and proper medicine so that your pain will reduce n u will feel better. What say?

they just give more tablets that seem to do nothing, apparently it heals faster if you dont take pain meds so they tell me. it seems to be such a slow process that im not noticing any difference from day to day all the pain is experienced at night for some reason----could it be temperature or pressure
