jrhartley what was her recovery like is she still in pain hand injuries can be even more difficult to cure I think .My nerve damage to my hand has lessened, but still wakes me up (just later thanbefore) its bearable now so thats the main thing i suppose

jrhartley not sure i understand - you were fatter when eating rice ? and now eat chicken to diet but its too expensive ? rice is often eaten when dieting instead of say chips, so im wndering why you arent eating it
