Normally if a person is shedding more than 100 hairs per day then its abnormal. But i think i am facing more than the limit. Everyday at the time of taking bath, shampooing or in the bed around the pillow i am getting a lot of hairs falling and again on the next day. I have tried some of the remedies but none have worked.

HI! I know exactly what you mean with that hair loss problem. Honestly, I was shedding soo much that I started having bald spots on my head. I wasn't eating well, popping caffeine pills for school, not sleeping. Long story short, basically killing my hair. Used to wash my hair everyday because I used to live in a humid place, and my hair would get so oily by the end of the say, it would be disgusting. So what I started doing is, basically eating vit c tablets 3 day, you won't get toxic with it, because it will be out with your urine, I started taking vit e supplements, and with these I started taking biotin tablets, because biotin is known for treating hairloss. I am a medical student and don't have time for gym, so I don't exercise. Instead, despite my hair being oily, i oil them almond oil (and eat almonds), just warm it up and massage it in my hair. Not evening to lie to you, I started having less hair fall. It hasn't completely stopped, but I feel my scalp is more nourished, and can visibly see less hair every time I shampoo. I know how frustrating hairloss can be, but try these. Specially the biotin with almonds, it will start to show you results. And avoid soda and drink warm water, it will bring a lot of change. Sorry for the long response. Hope it helps. :)

Truthfully, shampooing your hair daily is not healthy unless you have a really dirty job and it is necessary to wash it every day. Most shampoos have an ingredient in them called sodium lauryl sulfate. There are others that are similar in name as this one is. You will notice that most shampoos have it in them. This one ingredient does cause hair loss. I have found that the only shampoo that doesn't contain this or the other ingredients prone to hair loss is called Wen. You have to purchase it online. It is not sold in stores. It costs a lot but you only need to use a little to clean your hair. The shampoo also doesn't foam up because it doesn't have all those extra additives and your hair comes out amazing, clean, shinny and silky and easy to manage. Check out online with the company and watch the video on how it works it is worth it. You should also make an appointment to see your doctor. Tell him about your hair loss it could be your thyroid. All it takes is a blood test to see if it is working properly. People who get older also have a tendency to lose hair faster because their systems are breaking down and on medications that can also cause hair loss. I don't have a thyroid and that causes hair loss too, the shampoo I mentioned has done wonders for me and I won't use or buy the cheap stuff in the store anymore. Good luck!
