you know.. i really LOVE to EAT!!
maybe i can call it also as my past-time/ Hobby.
i don't have preferences..as long as its TASTY and DELICIOUS!!
I always crave for chocolates and fruits
Especially SWEETs like cakes and PASTRIEs, my favorite Foods and such until i feel so full! I try every edible foods around!
The thing is I FOUND that i had an allergy on "i dunno what food" that causes an allergy.. how is that? actually its not so big, its just a small one but super itchy and sometimes when scratched little painful. AT first i thought it was nothing because its size is like of a coin. But eventually gets bigger over the years. I consulted a Doctor and viola! atopic dermatitiS!!..ARGH! and its because of the food i ate..and i cant even think WHAT is it?
LOOks like i have bruises..with an itchy part of course..
sigh,,,

Haha simple try to avoid those foods that causes allergies but i know so hard to do ! Then better take anti allergy but don't do it often , you'll be immune with it . Just take anti allergy if the itchy thing can no longer be tolerated and becoming a disturbance already. eat moderately and plenty of fluids after.

I am sensitive to certain foods, like caffeine/ chocolate containing foods. I have found they make me cranky, so I know most of the stuff that I eat and rarely try anything suspicious. But for an allergy it is so much worse. You could try taking Codliver oil regularly, it really helps buffer allergies. Hope that helps.

Yes, do that. Avoid medications unless you desperately need them :) Also try not to introduce too many new things at once, so its easy to pinpoint what causes extreme reactions and perhaps avoid it :)

Who doesn't love to eat, Everybody like to indulge himself /herself in food every now and then , it is not uncommon among us. Well, since you love to eat so many different type of food as long as they are delicious n tasty, in that case, i am sure it will not be so easy to find out what food causes your allergic reaction, you may want to let the doctor figure that out and give her ample time to do the testing on you and explain to you what is atopic dermatitis, just take her advice seriously and take the medication as instructed, i am sure you can overcome your medical problem soon.

It's better to take note of the food that yo eat everytime and check on your body's reaction for each of them until you are able to pinpoint which ones you are allergic to.

hi febrose I am lucky in that my allergies are not food related except for corn syrup, I cannot eat a piece of say pecan pie without getting hives and wheezing and its not the pecans but the damnable corn syrup thats its sweetened with . My allergies are dust and dust mites and bother me at night., You should see an allergist and get tested for different foods to find out just what food causes you all that misery.Do you take benadryl as that really helps me so much.

hi..
if you want to know what's the cause of your allergies try to eat what you have eaten before your allergies attack one at a time only so that you will know the foods or fruits. i'm also allergic to pork before i don't know the cause but eventually my friend bring foods that mixed with pork 2 days ago i have difficult of breathing the doctor asked what i've eaten before.

Hmm.. I always ate them together..
but most of the time one serving..
still sometimes they do, most of the times they do not give me an allergic reaction..so its very difficult to know which one unless you eat its ingredients part by part hahaha
AND and this just started 3 years ago,,=)

Thank goodness I have no food allergies, especially seafoods because I am such a big fan of those shellfish and prawns and crabs! I just discovered that I am allergic to that certain kind of fabric so I avoid buying clothes made of that (I totally forgot the name). Anyway, maybe you can get a skin allergy test or something from the doctor and maybe he can prescribe you something to take like anti-histamine before you eat so you wouldn't have to give up on your "hobby".

Hi friend most of allergies are caused by foods. Yes, it is difficult to make sure what the food that make you allergy. But you can notice it by avoid foods that contain fat and protein. try to avoid, chocolate, fish, peanut, eggs and other foods that contain fat and protein, while try to consume fruits and vegetables more than usual and see the result of your diet. Have a nice day.
