I was wondering why almost every night, I dream that there is someone inside my house that is searching for me and that want to kell me.. Absurd. I always wake up with a strange feeling. Last night, for example I dremt that someone killed me with a gun and, sudenly I've seen myself running barefoot, as if I were running away.. O_O These cannot be considered "Sweet Dreams"....

You must be going through certain issues that has been bothering you for days. That your dreams turn out that bad. Try relaxing when you are about to sleep. And as much as possible, avoid thinking of bad things.

So, it's true! You are going through some phase that has kept you worried all the time. Oh, I wish that you can resolve those issues soon so that you can have a very restful sleep. Trying praying more...it will help you.

Thanks for your advice, Jenny. I try to relax a bit. Although it's quite impossible to me, since I'm living a hard situation that seems to have no end.

There must be something running in your mind may be because of some mental stress. I think this is natural i feel to sometime when i watched horror movies or pass through the scary stuff sometime. I think you should try meditation and make believe on yourself that its all just in your mind. If you still have you can consult some docter :)

So my question to you is (which you should ask yourself as well) what is it you don't like to face?! Since this is what your dream is telling you. You keep hiding/running away for something you don't like to face... if you keep doing that sooner or later you(R dreams/goals) will be killed.

yes same happened me every time i don't know why. Always i was killed by some other peoples or even by my frieds, its very scrae you know when you see that your best friend is going to kill you at dreams. This is some kind of tension that we take everyday or due to the excess thinking about something and we will give pressure to our mind. Anyways sweet dreams.

there must be something that is bothering you. or you are over expectant or anxious of something to come in the future. if you truly want to understand dreams, then you can read the interpretation of dreams by freud. that book can help you. but if you are not a believer of this interpretation, then you can change your habit of sleeping. either in your dinner or exercise or drink something. just change your routine.

I have no clue why this is a dream that you have recurring in your sleep, but I would be inclined to believe that it has something to do with some fear that you have in your life. For me, I dream on a very regular basis, but I do have to say that the vast majority of the dreams that I have are not violent dreams. However, I did have a dream the other night where one of my friend's girlfriends was trying to shoot me. I can't begin to explain it, but it really was a dream that kept me off kilter all day long.

I have had these kinds of dreams too but I realize I dream this way when something has worried or scared me before bed, or even earlier in the day. Last time I had a dream like this there was some guy walking down the street, the police had their spot light on him and he tried running on my porch to get away from them! It was me and my kids home, hubby was at work. I was scared. Thank God the police got him but that night I had a crazy dream about someone coming in my house and trying to kill us...

It might represent some real danger in your life, some obstacle, some person you don't get along with, some problem you need to solve. You need to make decision in your real life,or confront some person that causes you trouble. You need to take action. And this terror in your dreams will stop.

Wow, those are nightmares. Do you live with someone with you, or it's just you alone most of the time in your place? I remember just being alone for 2 days and yet it almost scared me to sleep. I would encounter bad thoughts that I ended up having bad dreams.

You should probably try to watch less scary movies and place yourself in a save environment where friends and family are close. if you are religious then you should pray or ask for help somewhere like a clinic

Sometimes it's our sub conscious which plays out in our dreams, if we have had had something bad happen to us in our past it can often play out in our dreams, any unresolved issues, ordeals, bad experiences, that we tend to suppress will rear their ugly heads in dreams. Often medication can give you bad nightmares. You didn't mention if you are on any medication or not. Or if you have any worries lately they can fester in your head whilst you are asleep and transform themselves into bad images.

No I'm not on medication, absolutely. I think I'm scared about the fact that I don't have a rewarding job and I think things won't change in the future

hi mawee it sounds like nightmares and again you might be running away from something in your mind and subconsciously feel it is killing you. You need to take a moment and think of what has really been troubling you as that could be what the running from something is about. you may need to face this problem and deal with it then the night mares might stop. It seems to me like its trying to tell you something yu need to work on,.

There are two ways of interpreting dreams. :) One...to give you something to hope or fear about Another ...to understand the underlying things that are happening in your life and give you suggestions on how to go about handling them. The dream you are mentioning is the chase dream... Dont worry ...many people have them at sometime or the other in their lives. Why do you have them? a. You fear somebody or some people who are in a superior position to you and they are in a position to make you take actions without properly thinking things thoroughly. In effect, you are not able to exercise your free will. b. You have recently been watching some movies that involve chasing of the lead character by some gangsters ...or you have read or heard something about it In the first case...be honest with yourself...first list what you want from your life as of now...and then what and who are preventing you from doing it...and which of their actions are preventing you from reaching your goals...then study such actions...assess whether there is anything you can do about them. There will be some that you wont be able to do much..but more than 50 percent you should be able to find a way round them. Once that is done...you will stop having those chase dreams ... In the second case...mix those movies with some romance or comedy movies. :)

For my grandma's sister she dreamed someone holding a shining knife. She's scared shitless by the dream that I heard her with a slurred cry for nearly a minute. I wonder why she could not realize it's just a dream.

Wow that is scary. I would hate to have dreams like that every night. Do you watch a lot of scary movies? Perhaps you should try watching something really happy or play happy music when you go to sleep. I hope you are able to stop having those types of dreams.

Not really. When I watch something funny I make horrible dreams. If I watch horror movies I don't make scary dreams.. O_o

Oh this is scary ! Maybe during day time you kept on listening to horrible news or your neighbors talking current news that involves like this or maybe are you reading horror pocketbooks . During day time all the things that we have done and wish to do are being registered in our subconscious ,that is why when we are in deep sleep all those things flashes back. I guess you need to talk to an expert so you can be helped , having issues like this especially if its daily is something very unusual already. Don't hesitate to see an expert for this matter.

Probably the cause is the violence I see in the news.. The world is suffering now. There are lots of sad facts...
