I am sure, men will be reacting the same notion about women's magic day. Perhaps the monthly period, since most women have the mood swing. That's the reason why men will always uttered, I can't understand them. Let me hear the side of women, how do you handle your mood swing?

That's a very painful experience for having the magic day.

Must be something wrong with me, but I don't have them. I don't suggest anyone talk to me before the meds kick in but any irritability I experience is from pain, not hormones from hell.

That's funny calling it a "magic day". Most men would probably name it "the unleashing of the b1tch"

The mood swing? Is it always girls? or I think not all girls have mood swing. I don't know. I just stay at home and that is all. The reason why we had this mood swing is maybe sometimes we feel pain every time we have monthly period.

I was wondering for a moment what is that magic day... And then, i don't think i have that mood swing whenever the visitor arrive. Yes i feel in pain sometimes i feel very hot, but i just feel normal.. though sometimes i easily get irritated and feel mad without reason, but i don't have my visitor with me.. It is just an attitude...

Mood swing in women magic days is real. But, I never think it seriously, I never think to dealing it. I just going with the mood swing, because most of people around em understand this and they never force me to disappear this habit.

I do think it is normal to have the mood swing, in times of having the magic day.

There are medications, a yoga stance, and other things that can be done to sooth the pain. Some women do get grumpy and who wouldn't? If you had cramps and was still expected to do all the things that we women do on a daily basis I think that men might be a little grumpy too.

My husband would get mad at me. Even it is supposed to be something that he has to understand, well, we end up fighting. So instead of having to deal with him on those days, I try to avoid him as much as I can.

I've never heard them called magic days before!. It's been a long time but I did get bad mood swings. I cried a lot and got real temperamental. Even now after not having one in over 20 years I still do have mood swings sometimes when I get a hormone shift.

I get a little cranky the day before my magic day...love the way you put that one. Since my husband is the only male left in a home full of girls he pretty much just stays clear of us when we all have our magic days.

I don't have mood swings? I just get really tired instead of moody. Maybe I can't tell the difference because I'm quite often moody anyway especially when I lacked sleep.

It's weird, because I haven't really noticed any heavy mood swings on my periods, I may be the exception to the rule then. I am prone to mood swings, but they never occured on my periods... weird. I'm just sulking with my painful cramps on those days, hahaha :D.

for me, it's not that am really moody on my magic day (whatta word-i usually call it red alert) haha xD, am not moody but easily annoyed. just feeling uncomfortable with everything. i rather be alone on my magic days, and choose to be home soon if possible so i won't have to interact much with people. they may misinterpret my behavior in case i'm nagging for petty stuffs.
