Annoyed With PLDT myBro

I think some of you aware of the problem I experience lately, it's been 5 days my concerned about my internet connection still not fixed. I made several review about their service in Bubblews. Guest what? I don't know why they reach my article and they force to register in Bubblews and comment my article. Imagine,when I check the profile of the user and I found, only the comment made to my article was the activity made.
The comment said that I should email my concern to the email address they provided. Well, I emailed already on March 30 and now we are already April 1 but no one give effort to reply my email.
Another comment also said that I need to provide the account number which found on my first bill. How can it happen it's my first week having their service. So I didn't receive any billing yet. They are concern on their sales not their good service to all their subscriber.

I have this problem with my ISP for the last two weeks.
I thought at first it is because the network having system upgrade but to my surprise it's already two weeks and my connection still not doing good as before.
I keep calling the customer service and oh great- I almost cursed - but hmppp need to control my anger.
Then last week I told the customer service- don't tell me about system upgrade coz I am so fed up- send me a technician I know that there is something wrong with connection- it is either my canopy or my mother base-PERIOD!!!
Well...it works huh...they send a tech last Saturday and fixed the problem in a matter of minute (grrrrrrrr)
Now- I called the customer service again asking for adjustment with my bill.
Fine...they promise to consider my request (that's great- but still I am annoyed)

I know it's really annoying , I am paying my bills religiously but not getting a good service -huh.
Well, I am satisfied with my ISP- but some times the customer service are not good when it comes to catering our problem. "xxx

I have same problem but with Globe Broadband before. I ended up cancelling their service with in the first month. They fined me with the 1 yr contract, but I let them bring it to the court. I told the court that I would want to have a 1 yr of service with the company but they didn't seem to meet the standard of the internet service they should provide written on their fine print. I also told them that the internet service I wanted was for my online works and because they can't fix it real time it jeopardizes my works. The court let me go and so was the 3rd party collector.
But now I have my internet service with a device that was tweaked. I know it is wrong but guess what... It has been providing me the internet service I need for 3 months now. No bug down or any troubleshooting needed from any TSRs that dont really know how to help but just to put you on hold till you get disconnected or irritated.

Yup they did cause I wont pay the 12k penalty they are charging me. Good thing they did it because the made a stain on my nbi clearance but was soon cleared by court. If only we have Better Business department here to someone can help us get even with this scamming companies. But we dont have a choice we may hate pldt but globe also uses their lines to provide services to customers funny right? Anyways I am happy with my internet right now paid it for 3k one time payment and no monthly charges up till now I am stillconnected and enjoying 2mbps speed and wifi service to all my wii capable devices

Oh,man! They have still not entertained your concern? I'd be annoyed myself, too. \
Actually, I had a similar situation with my Smart Wimax a few months after I had been using it. The tech support have told everything that I need to do and still they can't solve my problem. It has gotten to a point that I really went to their satellite office and brought my Wimax and have let them checked on it. And what do you know, the little thingy was really broken. I never did anything wrong with it. I have never even dropped it or bumped on it and yet it got broken- factory issues , blah blah blah. I told them that I was supposed to have come to them a few days before coz all the tech support reps wasn't able to do something about it but insisted that i just wait for Smart to call me up. My online job could not be sacrificed. Good thing that it was still under warranty so they had it replaced.
As with your problem, try going to their office and bring the Wimax modem with you. They'd be able to trace your account using the number on the sticker attached to the modem.

Sorry, but I could not get through the site the whole afternoon. But I'll try to check on that particular post.
Well, that would be really be tiring to come to the office and not knowing if there would be good news after the visit. So try to just call them from time to time until they get tired of taking your calls.

Hi,
Reading through the responses here, it looks like there's a spate of intermittent ISP problems at hand. I can't offer much explanation here, the only authority to deal with it being the service providers themselves. I admit, there are times the wimax I am connected to seems to freeze for a few seconds but service is soon returned thereafter as if nothing has happened. I think it has something to do with an overburdened network due to heavy traffic being handled in that particular moment. If it takes much longer, then, like some say, there's something wrong with the local configuration, operating system or a virus, the list can be endless really.

So sorry to hear your problems encountered with PLDT My Bro. I am just curios is it a wired broadband plan the one with the Telephone bundled? I guess you can try calling their hotline for that. I think email is not a good idea since they maybe receiving a lot of complaints there that your email might be neglected already.

It's a wireless broadband. The one I used prior to this one was PLDT DSL with cable and telephone. I don't have any problem on it because their office is near to my shop so I can shout them if they are very slow to fixed.
It's a PHILCOM owned before but was bought by PLDT

Big sites as that have PR units.
Their work is to really take care of their reputati0n especially write ups on internet can make or break them. So they chech on the internet time to time and see what people are writing about them.
I had an article on Bubblews about Viber. I had a go0d review about them.
1 new user who introduced him/herself also signed up just to thank me for appreciating their service.
Honestly, am a Smartbro user and i think they all have techy errors once in a while.
Hope yours will be fixed s0on.
