my son's birthday tomorrow

Sometimes life is not always abundant and easy but we need to find any alternatives to become more happy especially during special days like birthdays and anniversaries. I hope you son will be happy even no party being held for him. Just explain him what is the reason. I know kids now will understand specially when they see the real situation

Although giving him a party for his birthday will surely makes him happy with all his relatives and friends around, I'm sure he'll understands if you tell him the reason why he can't have a party. He's still young and I know in the years to come or next year it will be different. Actually I always think birthday doesn't really need to have grand celebration, in fact, I don't want my son to have that idea to have party or receive gifts on the birthday, hence I didn't tell him about the party, celebration or gifts.
