I have used PayPal for years, and have never had a problem.
I do get in email from time to time, messeges about updating my information. Those are well crafted fraud letters, and I immediately sent them to PayPal Abuse. There seem to be a lot of them. Their emails look legit, but they aren't. The one time I sent in a fraud report on an actual PayPal email, they let me know it was legit. So I alsways send emails that SEEM to be from PayPal to their Abuse system. abuse@paypal.com

u can skip the credit card verification step... but then how do u withdraw ur money??? i am a newbie... enlighten me...

Pay-pal is very safe. I beleive they are owned by eBay if I'm not mistaken. They handle millions of dollars daily. Hidee Ho neighboreeno

Paypal is secured, just make sure your account does not get frozen. Many article I read on the internet says bad thing about paypal. I think you can read about it here : http://www.ygoodman.com/paypal.asp I'm not against paypal it just to share some info so we all can take precautions and help each others.

yup...paypal is very secure ..1 year i using paypal .... ur can chargeback if ur not received item ur buy .... but don;t exchange paypal with other currency or apply o exchange ...if ur caught doing this ur acct maybe frozen...

Yes, for that, paypal is absolutley secure... But for other things, I don't like paypal, because it's not intuitive... I like e-gold most, because there is some security...

paypal is my prefered online payment processor and yes ebay bought paypal a while back so is fairly secure
