Guys, my PAYPAL account has a limitation. It is saying that your PAN was found invalid after verification, even though i have entered the correct PAN. I even mailed PAYPAL about this issue several times, but there is no response from their side.
After searching on Google about this issue, I learnt that many Indian users face this problem of PAN verification.
What do i do? Is there a way?

Find the links under your account wherein you can upload scanned copies of your documents - I had that link when I had this issue years back. I had to scan and upload my PAN, Passport and the residence details.
The Paypal is the worst when it comes to customer support but there is no other way to contact them. Keep filling out the contact/help page until you get your correct response and therein they will send you the link for that special page wherein you will need to upload.

I sent them screen shots of my PAN Number, which i had verified from Income Tax Website, still they dint give any response. They indeed are worse in Customer Support.
I'll try to do what you said. Hope it activates my account.
Actually I forgot to add a main thing in the description. My account was validated for 3 days, saying your PAN has been verified...Then again it said ..Your PAN was found Invalid. This happened almost 6 months ago. How can Paypal do that.. :'(

Did you tried to contact the TIN-PAN centre ? If not yet than I think you should report about this problem to anyone of the TIN-PAN centre. Maybe PAYPAL tried to contact with your information to the PAN executives and there might have some mismatch in maybe anything, like your address.
Does your address/any other document/information is same in both PAYPAL and PAN card or different ? Different info may cause this problem
Inform to TIN-PAN centre might solve your problem

#Deepak:
Sorry but the TIN PAN centre has no role and that is what they are going to tell in this case. Their responsibility as per them ends once they deliver you the TIN and PAN and that is all they know. Dont forget that this is India where there is so much of red tapeism. Though my Debit Card has the Mastercard Logo, Paypal refused to accept it. The Bank said they have nothing to do as the card works perfectly on all ATM counters and POS systems. Then I had contacted mastercard India and they said it was the banks responsibility to ensure that I was given a valid card!!! Nothing worked out and hence I had no option but to change my bank. That is how things work here in India.
As for Paypal, they need a valid scanned copy. The website snapshot according to them can be forged and hence is not acceptable.

I think your name and address is not matching. Or you've provided some details which is not matching with PAN and PayPal. Go here and check https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/Services/KnowYourPanLink.html (not promoting)
Check your details there and matched with PayPal details. Don't send numerous messages to PayPal departments on this regard because they are best in all of their services. They always reply to our queries. If you think there is no wrong with your details then nothing to worry about it.

hello Gandhar, nice to see you after a long time. Well that's really frustrating what is happening with you. Isn't there a way you can directly contact them or speak to them on phone or something. What I think is that they must be getting ton's of Email everyday,At times they won't even bother to look at some and just moves on..
I would rather suggest you to find a way to speak to the concern person directly,I think they would be in a better position to clear your queries.
Hope to read soon from you.

Have you ever visited the Paypal Site? Raj, they have no numbers anywhere and the only way out to contact them, is that crappy form which is difficult to locate even after so many years of using that site.
What I think is that they must be getting ton's of Email everyday
If they had never replied back, that might have been a reason but in this case, they have responded to Gandhar and their responses have been inconsistent with the queries. The Customer Support at Paypal have always been inefficient and untrained.
