I am tired to cook our lunch for today so I asked my father-in-law to buy our foods outside, and asked him what he wants to eat. I dn't know what he will buy, But I want lechon :)))Finger's crossed. :)) Lunch time here in the Philippines. I am still waiting for my father-in--law to arrive.

Lechon for lunch! I only would see them during Fiestas and Birthdays. But never really wanted to eat them.

Hi kmz!
That is certainly hmmm, yummy!
Well, I am as much as possible avoiding these types of food. I had a bitter gourd for lunch, he he trying hard to become sexy.
Have a wonderful day!

So do I right here. Actually I am lazy to cook. But my husband do not want food outside. So I just look in refrigerator and I found "iga" (meat/rib) cow. I just put into presto added by some water. Switch on it. I just let it until 30 minutes, and I add with the instant spice , it is called Rawon. And.... ready to eat. Very simple.
