I wonder why Most employee instead of working hard do steal.I been with such company where Almost all employee are theft.Even their husband and wives have a good job.and they have salary they are still not contented.Because of that our company bankrupt addition to that is the husband of the owner who also doing the inside job inside our store.I don't know if they still have conscience or no fear that they might be put into jail once they were caught. some of them go to the church and active listening to Bible teaching.but still it never goes to their heart.

Greed has crept into them. So, no matter how much they earned it will satisfied them 
. These people need to learn the hard lesson before they are awaken. Even though a person may go to church, their body is there but their heart may not be there. Some are just "Chritian in display" and they do not have personal experience of Christ in their life

thank u for sharing .I really don't know how their parents raised them.Or maybe their parents when they was kids keeps on giving what they want and not telling them to be contented on whatever they want and never ask for more than what they have already. They didn't think about the consequences they will get once they caught.

Because they feel that they're not getting enough from their employers when they think they deserve more. So they steal. Anyway, their employers are rich. They wouldn't notice if they steal a few things.

you have a point there. but it is still wrong beside of that they do not steal small things as they steal big amount of money and since they are money so it will surely by the company.

They have been blinded with selfishness and greed. And sometimes, laziness. They would rather get something the easy way simply because either they are lazy or they know they will never be able to do it or reach it given their current abilities. It is sad, but they are already old enough to know that what they are doing is wrong.

That is right they knew what their did is wrong but their desire for money doesn't care if they will lose dignity or be sinful.Haven't they don't feel guilty they are feeding their family from money that came from evil things? They are 'walking in the street without a head'.

Perhap it is an atmospher in a company.That's to say,if someone find that a person steal something and couldn't be caught,they would like to try to follow suit because it would give them a feeling of fairness and could give them some profit.

I also cannot believe that despite that there is a surveillance camera inside the store they ignore it ..perhaps because they know our superior and people in the office are dong the same thing so it gives them strength to do such foolish thing

Most the time it is due to poor management which lead workers to steal and get everything they wanted at the office which will lead to bankrupcy.it will not happen if it has good business management.

There are really people who are sarcastic. They want to show to the world that they are good and that they are following the teachings of God but then doing the opposite. Those who steal both committed a crime against God and the law of man. And they will surely pay for it. It may not be now but later on in their lives.
I used to work in a distribution company and every now and then we caught some of our employees stealing. It's hard but they must be relieved from their job. This is the price they should pay, that's why if we really love our work then we should do our best to act And of course to keep away from stealing.

Greed and Power is what drive people to steal. If you cannot stop this sinful acts, then you are prone to be down. People who steal only experience fear of losing money more. They fear they will go poor. That is why they steal. Don't be fooled by them, they are what we called "wolves in sheep clothing". One who attacks from behind.
