I wonder why Most employee instead of working hard do steal.I been with such company where Almost all employee are theft.Even their husband and wives have a good job.and they have salary they are still not contented.Because of...

coraledeny Perhap it is an atmospher in a company.That's to say,if someone find that a person steal something and couldn't be caught,they would like to try to follow suit because it would give them a feeling of fairness and could give them some profit.
