I was watching Dr Oz a few weeks ago and he had a show talking about Garcinia Canbogia Extract. This supplement is taken twice daily before meals. I take it about an hour before meals. It's not a magic pill, but I lost 9 pounds. For the most part I'm eating healthier than I used to. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits. But I also have a couple days a week where I will have 2 jelly donuts or a handful of cookies. Still my body shed these pounds.
More than the few pounds I've lost, I feel better emotionally. Garcinia Cambogia Extract seems to elevate my mood. It's really expensive, but I do have a couple of coupons that makes it cheaper. Has anyone here at mylot tried it? It takes about a week to start feeling better. My back doctor is interested in alternative medicine. He said he would do some research on it and see if there was a way to get it cheaper. Do you know how to get stuff like this cheaper?

Never heard of it, but the recommended way to lose weight is to control your calorie intake and exercise. Exercise is the main thing here as it burns the calories. By the sounds of it, you have lost a lot more than 9 pounds (in monetary terms) by buying these pills.

You aren't telling me anything i don't know. I know how to lose weight. I've lost over 120 pounds. Lost more than that initially but gained some back. It is good for people who cannot exercise. There are days I can walk well and some distance and there are days that I can barely walk in the house.
I may not buy it again if i cant find it much cheaper, but I can get a free bottle by giving a testimonial on Facebook and calling them. I do feel better. Seeing how it works on Dr Oz is what sold me. It seems to keep my blood sugars stable. I'm not diabetic. I'm hypoglycemic and it seems the supplement has helped to keep my sugars around 60 which is good for me. It's still a little too soon to tell over long term. It could be that eating healthier has improved me anyway. If I go off them and continue like now and my sugars stay good then maybe it's me and not the pills.
I'm going to continue the rest because I have them.
