Its called mehandhi tatoos .usually indians use this during marriage and festivals

I'm sure people would do anything they like. I have seen more crazy tattoos than that picture. It's crazy but true. I don't even know what that tattoo is call but it would be nice to know. Looks really cool and interesting.
