I have noticed an increasing amount of postings listing sites that others should join. Sites such as PTR's PTC, surf sites and others. Unfortunately guys and gals 75% of what I am seeing posted are garbage sites, scams to be honest. I just came back from a posting where a member here and several others are listing one after another sites that are known scam sites. I have been in this PTR and the likes business for over 10 or 12 years and learned along the way what and what not to join... I have learned from veterans and website owners the tell tale signs of a site that is a scam... I am not posting this to push my links heck I won't even post any of the ones I use... I will give you a general idea of what to look for and what to avoid, list a few I have seen in this discussion group that are known scams, and post links if requested. To start with these are known scam sites: Surf Junky, hasn't paid one single member that I know of in the 2 plus years it's been online if anyone out there that is a member of that site can prove me wrong then do so, I invite it. Sites that pay ridiculus amounts for email like 2 I have seen in circulation on this forum one is Power-Mails, and United-Empire... Have a look here and judge for yourself if you think they can and will pay you UNITED - EMPIRE ADVERTISING PAGE: http://www.united-empire.com/pages/advertise.php POWER-MAILS ADVERTISING PAGE: http://power-mails.net/pages/advertise.php These are only 2 of them and I have seen a lot more on this forum.... Ways to know if the site(s) are a scam Check the advertising page, if they are selling advertising at a substantial loss then you will not get paid. Beware of pyrmid sites, sites that require money to make money, now why are they considered scams, and you might say that they are paying me...great that your getting paid, but you won't for long....I promise you that...as with all pyrmid sites the system has a bottom and it will fall out...my experience with those sites are this...if you invest $20.00 and make $40.00 get out of it, and if you want to reinvest again invest back your $20.00 do not invest the $40.00 as then you will lose. Thes sites are no better than gambling, take your winnings and go. I know I will probably get flamed for posting this and that people will say I am only doing this to get members to join my sites, but do you see any sites here with a referral link in them? I have seen and heard to many people joining these sites and loosing time and money, I have done the same when I first started in the business, and I want to help others to not go down the same road as I did. If you are thinking of joining a site and are not to sure about it, post it here if you wish and I can try to tell you what I know about it, or I will find all I can to help you out. I have contacts in the hundreds all over the internet and dozens of pages that I use to find the goods on all pay to sites. If you do not want to post it here then leave me a message, and I promise I will help you as I am sure others that have the same experience as me will do. Sorry about the long post but I felt this was necessary.

I can but I would like to know more of what you are looking for, how much you would expect to earn, and your country where you live. If you can provide this I may be able to suggest a few places you can have a look at. Thank you for your response

I can suggest some sites but I would like to know how much you want to earn, and what country you live in.. Be warned the sites I will list will not be sites that you will make hundreds of dollars from, they will take lots of works and time, if you want to earn a lot of money real fast then I can't help you. If you want to earn a few extra spending dollars a month I can give you a hand.

I think this is an exciting new opportunity, it has been on the news where i live and it's only a few weeks old. the amount of members is already at like 15,000 after that time. apparently all you do is watch a few 30 minute seminars a month. the front page looks a bit dodgy but i went into the welcome room and it looks awesome, the owners are in there talking and stuff. anyway come check it out i'll cu in the welcome room http://bestcashrewards.com/affiliates/t.php?rid=1533

I had a quick look at the site I didn't view the seminar yet, but what really caught my attention is this: They are stating that you can earn hundreds or thousands in this opportunity, however, looking at the front page it states: "No Fee to participate now or in the future, No Selling, No Purchases required in order to get paid, Not an Illegal Pyramid Scheme. This is a compensated shopping group paying "Super Leveraged Cash Rewards". Reading this makes me suspicious because, in all my experiences I never joined a site that earned me thousands of dollars a month where I never had to buy, or sell anything...the company has to be earning an income to pay this much, but already right from the get go stated they do not want money from you to join nor do you need to sell anything, and what's more disturbing is the fact they state they are not a pyrmid scheme...with this being said where does the money come from to pay it's members? I am for the record stating this is not a legit company but I fail to see the means to pay...

Of the sites you have listed, I know without a shadow of a doubt that Donkey Mail definately pays, as I have been a member of that one for some time now and have personally have been paid numerous times from them, you will find the same with a lot of people out there. As for the rest of the sites listed I have no personal experience with them, I have heard Take the internet by storm mentiomed a lot but as of yet I have not heard anyone say they have got paid.

It's nice to see those with some experience try to keep others from falling in the same traps. There isn't enough of that going around these days. I have had many hard learned loses following the promises of others and even with all that experience its still possible for me to get burned by the flare of greed. Yet if you keep in mind that nothing comes for free then you have a better chance of finding the right opportunity. When I say FREE I'm not just talking about money as sometimes the expenses are the time it takes to learn a system or the time it takes to work that system. There is no such thing as an opportunity that doesn't cost you something!!! Thanks for your input wildguy2!!!!!

Unfortunately, experience in this business comes at a price of being there....and getting ripped more than once, if I can prevent others from going through that same toture I will do what ever I can to help.

I did join some of these sites, not mentioned here, and of course without anyone on my downline made very little. I am only pleased that I did not give any of them any of my money. A couple of them paid me minor amounts so I just got out of them and will no longer do anything like this. I only wanted a little extra but it seems that many of them are scams, so best to let them alone. Unfortunately even people who have been doing this sort of stuff for ages still get caught from time to time. Thanks for the timely warning and I hope that people do take note of it. Also are people actually allowed to post the information, including their referral details, here in myLot? I didn't think it was allowed actually, particularly some who seem to put this information in all responses that they make. Sometimes it is the only response that they make in fact.
