My son have a refractory desease in his hand and foot . I have seen few doctors. But every doctor post one point about the desease. Some one think it like eczema, another think it's psoriasis.
Using their prescription medicine, seems the symptom became better. But after a while ,the desease appear again.
The boy age 3. The main symptom is that affected part skins redness and dry, crusting and drop . This situation last about six months. As every doctor give NOT uniform diagnostic. So the desease cannot cure completely.

Indeed some skin diseases may not be cured in a short time. I also suffered a kind of skin disease, and used the medicine that the doctor recommended, but it appeared again after several days. After that I paid more attention to the cleanness of the infected skin, having baths everyday. Now I find it getting better. Hope my advice may help you.
