I know this mental problem often leads us to up and down. I have depression and been on medication 12 years already, now I can cope with depression but how are the rest of people who are unfortunate?

JUSTIN ZHU I may have this symptom, but not serious. I usually spend some time on exercise or reading, which are helpful to some extent.

During the short break, most of my students are day-dreaming.....ZZZZZ I believe they are exhausted, since they might watch Korean TV series, or play video games till mid-night. To be general, I am confident to my teaching. -_-

JUSTIN ZHU I believe there are just a few ones may behave like this. If he or she is your close friend, one may not reward your aids with rude behaviours. Otherwise, I assume he or she may not cherish your friendship.
