How to cope with bipolar disorder?

JUSTIN ZHU I may have this symptom, but not serious. I usually spend some time on exercise or reading, which are helpful to some extent.

JUSTIN ZHU I believe there are just a few ones may behave like this. If he or she is your close friend, one may not reward your aids with rude behaviours. Otherwise, I assume he or she may not cherish your friendship.
