I'm a sales,for most of the time,I'm afraid of calling foreign customers,how to start,how to say,how to continue,how to end.Even though I knew inside my heart,I still can't speak out louderly.What can I do?Or I just quit sales job?

I think sales is very difficult work. Phone work requires working working working always going on the phone over and over to different people. What people want on the phone is a sales person that friendly and gives information. Everything is important in the first 30 seconds? What is the product or company? What is the call about? A special sale? Continue with what is your name. You can help this way ____? End with permission. Can I call you back? Are you interested in knowing more? A no is a no but it is never final. It means no today. That is what I think on the customer end of the phone. Things that are most important. Willingness to also listen and understand the customer. Have I sold you on being an excellent sales person.

I am also a sales person. I work in Shenzhen, and maybe we have the same last name "Wei". It is really a coincidence, nice to know you.
