How to communicate with foreign customers?

I'm a sales,for most of the time,I'm afraid of calling foreign customers,how to start,how to say,how to continue,how to end.Even though I knew inside my heart,I still can't speak out louderly.What can I do?Or I just quit sales...

peter @WndyWei You are right! although i am not a sales man, but i am following the foreign project now, IRAN. It requires me communicate with the iran men via English. And i just go iran for one month business trip in October.

peter @WndyWei LED display market is big in foreign, are you focuse on South America market? I know a led display processer ANshen. I work in a automobile navigator processer, but not a sales person.
