What is Gilligans island anyway....?
Yes, I like the thoughts of island living, in fact one of my destinations to visit before I die hopefully is St Helena, one of the most isolated places on Earth, being smack bang in the middle of the South Atlantic. I would like the isolation, the fact that the pace of life would be pretty slow, the lack of polution, the fact that you know your environment intimately. No airport...bliss! Unless you went into labour or something. I read that the British Airforce had to airlift a lady to the nearest hospital, thousands of miles away in South Africa when she was due to give birth. Wow I would so love to visit St Helena or TRistan De Cunha

Heck Yah.. Because I loved swiss family robinson, I would love the adventure and making things for yourself, thats my idea of heaven. Or Paradise Earth.
Wait would I be alone?

Wow, my own island? Well then I could garden year round. Would hope for the ability to communicate with outside world only once in a while. Never know if I would need help or hurricaine cause a need for a few new supplies. I would try to be as self sufficient as I could and grow most all I would need. The quiet and solitude would be a grand thing. Might have seasonal visitors. Would have to decide that later after I had my fill of wondering around for awhile.
