top users basically have allot and i do mean allot of time to spend on here i woudl take 8-12 hours aday and find a job before i waste that much time on mylot.

I spend less than an hour a day here, usually no more than 15 minutes at a time, so its not necessarily true.

that is a silly amount of time to spend, altho i guess if you have no life it is achievable

I don't think you have to spend that much time but you need to make sure you are posting a lot when you are on here. I could never get it because I get caught up in reading profiles and discussions that other people have had.
