Explain Paranoia Agent

I just finished watching Paranoia Agent. ,& I found it pretty confusing ! I've watch Perfect Blue , so I'm not unaware of Satoshi Kon's work,but this one is pretty messed up ! Can anyone plz explain the ending ?
