USB device removal notification not appearing on taskbar

Laptop getting switched off automatically

Every time when I'm shutting down, it's showing "Waiting for background programs to close" message, but then shuts down without showing exactly which program is causing the problem. How can I find the program ?

somnath26 I've searched the website. One can track his/her AADHAR application status , but there is no link to check the genuineness of an already issued AADHAR card (unlike PAN & Voter Card). I even tried to contact their customer care, but the call didn't connect.
