I am an oversea Chinese. There are really no quick ways to learn a language. In order to be good in one, you have to practice it all the time. I suggest you to read more English books or magazines, watch more English movies, to learn the usage and the ways of expression. Write in a note book of the vocabularies and the expressions you come across so that you can use it yourself. I hope you would find my suggestions useful.

just keep reading English books and talk as much as you can, at least you're trying to learn and that's what matters

Use livemocha.com and Forvo. Those are good sites to improve your speaking skills for English. I haven't any clue who that person in your picture is.

myLot is kind to those whose first language is not English. Your post seems ok. The only way to be fluent in any language is to speak and write it, listen to English tv channels, etc.
