Yes I do believe in forgiveness! I forgive those who hurt me... for myself... not so much for them. Having a grudge toward someone is the most miserable feeling in the world. It's unhealthy, unprofitable, unproductive and has zero benefits. Forgive them and walk away. And remember, just because you forgive someone you don't have to keep them in your life. You can forgive them and walk away.

I think it depends on the who and the what. There are somethings that I can forgive and some I can't but I always try to move on from them.

Life is far too short to hold grudges. We always need some time but we have to put it aside in order to be able to move on and have a good and happy life.

To be honest, no. I don't believe that forgiveness makes you a better person or helps me personally move on or even that it's the right thing to do. I do believe that I must get over it rather I want to or not (which isn't the same as forgiving) and most of the time I'm pretty happy as long as I don't dwell over it. I'm just one of those people who believe people never change so I don't like wasting my time, energy or giving my hopes up on forgiving people for them to do the exact same thing.

Recent events in life have allowed me to experience forgiving, and forgiveness, and I think it's a necessity if we are to be happy without grudges that consume us. Honestly, the ability to forgive can make or break relationships as I have experienced

Yes it definitely can break relationships and it's not good to hold grudges sad part is sometimes your find forgiveness to someone or forgive them but some people take it as we are being weak or just don't want drama the bottom line is forgiving so we can move or etc Thank your for sharing
