9 year olds

What is it about 9 year olds that make you want to run away?!! My granddaughter was so nice and sweet, then she turned 9 and the snooty booty kicked in. Where is my sweet girl? I think she has been abducted by aliens and an evil pod took her place! I hope they return her soon! Anyone else have this issue?

So far my 10 year old grandbabe is still sweet and caring..she will be 10 in October and we talk about changes going on with her...some a little embarrassing to her but she always talks to me about them..glad for that reason..when that stops, i will be crying like you for her to come back!

I am glad your grandbabe is still sweet! Hoping my granddaughter gets back to her sweetness soon! She has her moments, but quickly switches back to snooty booty!

In my house it was 11 because both kids hit puberty in their 11th year. It was like a light switch. It settles down after a few (10 or so) years.

I hope she isn't going through puberty yet, too soon for all that! She does get awful cranky at times.

It will get worse before it gets better..its just a part of growing up, everyone goes through it
