What time of day/night do you go to sleep?
I’m currently out of sync, there is a lot going on in my life, plenty of thinking to be had which doesn’t help with sleep. I’m not the best person for sleep. In the UK I’m hopeless at sleep, when I was in California I did sleep better like if I’m on the wrong time zone. I could go to bed at 10:30 and sleep.
What time of day do you go to sleep?

Since I am a software developer, my sleeping pattern is kinda inconsistent I can say. And most of the time, sleep is not an option!! LOL. But I can say that the most consistent time of the day that I get some sleep or rest is around 2 in the morning. I don't know, it's just that my mind kinda shuts down during that time and I usually get to take a nap at daylight just to refocus and recharge my batteries. I'm usually on caffeine so it's a bit tricky to tell what exact time I get some sleep.

I normally hit the sack, as we Americans say... about 3 or 4 in the morning. I'm a night-owl, so my "day" starts around Noon-ish or 1pm.

While I'm in the UK I'm a night owl, but during my time in the State for 18 months I slept better and going to bed at a far earlier time, than again there was a reason to go to bed lol

I try to maintain a regular sleep and waking schedule. I find that it does wonders for the body. If I ever do miss my sleep schedule for whatever reason, I still try to wake up at the same time and just make up for the hours that I missed by taking a nap in the afternoon when possible.

@kevin1877uk Oh, I am used to it by now. I normally only sleep about 4 hours a night but I do take a nap during the day so it all evens out.

If I'm working I am absolutely useless at staying up passed 9pm (also UK), even on the weekends, but I start my new job in a couple of weeks so have some time off and my sleeping pattern is out the window! Unfortunately, staying up until 4am means I don't usually get up until 1pm, so am dreading my first week at work!!

No staying up until 4am doesn't help for sure, I hope your new job is going ok.

Since I my employed on March this year, or even if I was not employed, I go to bed in the morning and stay up all night. My body clock follows that one in the US time.
