If you are shipping with TRAC then the answer is no. At least what I witnessed today was a definite no.
I was at work when I saw a TRAC delivery van pull into the parking lot. I watched the driver get out and open the side door to the van. She then climed in and started looking through packages. As she found the ones she was looking for she simply tossed them out the door. She threw 6 packages of different sizes out the door.
Then she crawled out and tried to close the van door but a few taller packages were in the way. She tried to close the door 3 times before she realized the packages were there and she was squishing them. So she just kicked them out of the way and then closed the door. Then she stacked the packages neatly on the ground. ANother van showed up and they put the packages in it.
I was actually shocked that she was treating the packages this way right out in the open, I mean she was in the middle of a shopping center parking lot. Safe to say, I will not be using TRAC delivery any time soon.
What about you? Have you ever witnessed delivery people treating packages so poorly?

No, not as a customer. However, I witnessed it all the time when I was working for the USPS! That's just how they do things there! lol
