Sometimes i get argue with my wife. After that i feel that saying sorry is the easier than avoiding the whole situation. But sometimes i feel that it is better to forget and avoid the situation instead of saying sorry. What do you think about it friends.?

Avoiding the situation and leaving it as it is won't solve the problem . You must face it , talk about it calmly and say sorry if you must . Though saying this is actually not easy for me too sometimes .

I think if you feel the need to say sorry, then say it. I think it is always better to apologize. It helps you move on easier. Avoiding a situation never makes all the feelings and emotions go away, it just buries them and that is not healthy. Eventually those feelings will surface again and things will be worse.
