All day I had a work in my workplace. When I have a freetime, I feel like free in space. I get bored. I think because I accustomed to work. Yes I get time with my friends and family. Do other jobs which is personal. But there is something is wrong when I am free :) How are you feeling when you have a freetime. Is it normal.

I am also bored if I stay inactive. At work I want to take advantage of my working time and stay focused all day. I am alone in my current office because my colleague who shared it with me has left the company and it's boring when I take breaks alone.
On the other hand, on my free afternoons I like staying at home and reading books sometimes. In general I can have fun by myself and do various activities or creative hobbies. I have friends who can't stay at home alone, they constantly want to be around others.

Indeed the more hard work you do , the less it seems. And that is why you should be spending more time on maximizing the time invested. So the choices we make are what makes or break the life. In turn life is not that easy and we should make choices that does not get the best stuff out of time without much time investment. I try to single task these days and present at one place and this reduces my anxiety.

I thought otherwise, I feel imprisoned if constantly working, I feel the loss of time for the family and for myself. I love to work but I do not like it if there is no time off to be with family and to myself.
If you miss something if it does not work, try to do something that you enjoy in your spare time, such as running your hobby so that your personal life will be balanced and happier.

I like to fill my free time with other things to do so that I don't waste any time
