I hate our appartment managment

I swear these people are horrible. I've been here going on 13 years and never got anything done in my apartment without a mayor hassle. When I redid my lease 2 weeks ago I told them about my leaky shower faucet, I was surprised that 3 days later a maintenance guy came to check it out. He said they would change it out and repaint the shower since it's very old and really needs some serious help. They were gonna do it then but since I was on vacation and had my mom staying with me I told him to wait so we planned it for today (Tuesday) since we won't be able to shower for 3 days I did not want to do it with my mom here but I knew I should have had them do it right then and there. They came yesterday to take out the shower doors and told us to clear out the bathroom so nothing will get messed up. So when I got home today nothing was done and when I went to the office to find out what's going on nobody knew anything and they told me as soon as the maintenance guy comes back from where ever he was they call me and let me know when they will be coming. Well guess what "NOBODY FREAKING CALLED ME BACK AND NOW THEY CLOSED" So I guess I be bugging them again in the morning, until then I guess I will just do the old fashion cat bath in the sink
