Do you talk while sleeping?

While we talk with others , we speak many words and hear many . In the middle while hearing the words we are suppose to say something , but busy in hearing we may forgot to say . I think this will reveal while sleeping . Do you talk while sleeping , come share your thoughts
Sleep talking can be scary and fun, depending on what the person says or who witnesses the sleep talker’s babble.

I don't talk in sleep that often but when I'm seeing some intense dream or a nightmare, I sometimes talk out loud suddenly. I don't remember it, but that's what my family says. It's kind of funny.

@ria1606roy It is a difficult matter of remembering the dream and blabbering while in deep sleep .

@ria1606roy You can try to remember some beautiful dream . You can explain it to your parents or friends after you wake up . I think you also heard about benefits of dreams

@writerjo yeah you know the most funny part? I don't even remember my dreams, so I don't know what I talk about. I only know the mood of the dream, whether it was good or sad or scary. But the details just don't register after I wake up. It's especially difficult for me

I talk only when I am awake and in my senses. Don't want to talk in my sleep because then who will listen to me as others also are sleeping. .

I've talked in my sleep. Never knew I did it, until my husband and I started living together. I don't think I've done it in a while, as he hasn't told me. Either that, or he's just not aware that I'm doing it.

@dodo19 In a deep sleep one would talk or blab . If the co-sleeper is in a light or moderate sleep has the probability of hearing it

I don't know if I talk in my sleep or not, as I live alone. The only thing I do know is, I snore loudly, and I do wake myself up, but other than that, I just don't kone.

I think I did not hopefully. But my seven years daughter has habit of uttering some words in sleep which I try to hear. I think dreams and recall of moments what happen in day lead to such habit.

@utkarshan28 I have heard that some angels will make little children happy while sleep . Some will miss to express something before a sleep . That is revealing while sleep . I agree your words and that may be true .

Very rarely, but my husband said I did talk in my sleep a few times. He couldn't really make out what I was saying though, they were just some garbled phrases.
