Swati Yeah, you are right. I think main reason of obesity is our digestion speed which get slow due to various reason sometimes hereditary. So then if we eat less then also fail to loose or control the weight.

Swati @dpk262006 Not too religious but from childhood I am used to it now. Monday Lord Shiva, Tuesday Lord Ganesh, Thursday Goddess Laxmi, Saibaba, Friday Goddess Durga and Saturday Lord Shani with Hanumanji.
