So Much Temptation, So Little Time

When in Melbourne, Australia a few weeks ago I spent several hours with a friend I've known for 46 years. Toward the end of our time together we passed by the window of a tea shop that has been in Melbourne a long time.
After spending time gazing at all the temptation in the window - shown in the picture here - we realised there was a queue for tables. We just didn't have the time to wait, as I had to catch my bus to the airport.
It was fun looking though. What would you have chosen from this selection? I had a hard time deciding.

I'm a hesitant person. I usually take too long to decide anything. Even if I want to have a chocolate or a strawberry ice cream ahaha

@valmnz It is so difficult for me to decide. And I hate when I choose too quickly and then regret it loool

This might sound bad, but, I would take a week vacation, to just go to that tea shop and even if I had to go there for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea each day, I would try one of everything. I do not know what size I would be after that, but, I know I would be happy.

I hate passing places like that because I'd love to sample everything... but my waist line and my wallet won't allow it.

@valmnz I remember going to a Mall in Melbourne where there was this stall offering a buffet . You could eat as much as you wanted but one could not share or take away even what was left in the plate. That would have been a good offer for those with a big appetite.

@allknowing even at the Melbourne hotel I stayed at you couldn't take food away that you hadn't eaten. There are strict regulations now, as people have apparently tampered with the food then sued the restaurant. There was a court case on while I was there.

Is "one of each" allowed? Maybe just thinking about it would be satisfying.

I always have to do a quick "calorie math" before my instinct might take over. It is getting difficult to take the flat tires off the tummy.

They all look delicious - I think I could have just closed my eyes and picked something and been completely happy.
