@tashauphill These people don't charge and negotiate with whoever you owe money to to get them to let you repay in smaller amounts and stop adding charges and interest. They are really good and very confidential. Don't be embarrassed, just accept their help!

@tashauphill I think you have some very good response here by @xFiacre. This could help you deal with your existing problem. What I can add as a suggestion, perhaps, is on how not to fall into this situation again.
First thing you need to do I guess, is make a list of your daily expenses, In this list write down everything, from the food that you eat and up to the monthly bills that you are paying.
From the list, check that items that you can do without or you can do with less. e.g.: soda, smoke, etc... or you may have to change the brand of clothes you buy (or buy less frequently). Bottom line is, cut down your expenses.
Cheers.

you poor thing so many people are struggling with debt.
write to all the people you owe money to and explain your situation. Offer to pay the minimum payment they should accept this. Offer to pay a few pounds every month to everyone. This means your credit will be stopped but you will have extra money every month to live on. If you have an authorised over draft that is not a problem . They will not expect every penny paid back straight away. Pay your rent. food and utilities first. Then see what you have left then pay back a certain amount of debt every month. You must let the people you owe money that you are struggling but fully intend to pay every penny you owe. Stay away from loan sharks and money lenders. Go to the citizens advice bureau and they will help you. Good luck.

the first thing you need to do is to sop buying what you dont really , i mean really need
if you dont need it to live , dont buy it ,
and see how you can survive during the month where you can pay your over draft before it gets bigger ,
you will have to change your way of living and maybe eating , so you can have the amount that will pay your overdraft ,
strict your self to the basics for some time and you will get out of it,
and you may try to find another part time job so you can help your self
my advice is , dont take loan to pay , so you end up in a circle never end to pay other loan
