There is a new Starbucks branch that was recently opened in our town. The place is always jam packed with students and a lot of people.
For me, Starbucks is a bit expensive. Though I have a decent job, I am not fond of visiting expensive coffee shops. I rather visit a restaurant with good food;
but surprisingly, there are a lot of high school students who are visiting the shop.
I prefer Seattle's best coffee instead of Starbucks. Are you a fan of Starbucks?

I hate them. I dislike coffee personally but that wouldn't stop me accepting coffee shops but 1/. Starbucks spring up every time another shop goes vacant with many even on one street in some towns, they exploit tax loopholes to make more profit and two friends who worked for them both got a raw deal from them for years

I feel very sleepy in the morning without my coffee. If I forgot to take one, I cannot work in the office very well.

Here as well. For me, it is not really worth it. One coffee in starbucks is already equivalent to a very decent big burger here or a big meatball pasta.=)

@kayshope I wonder why people are still going there even though the price of coffee is too high. I am not sure if they really like the coffee or they just want to brag.

I used to love their Frappaccinos, but one day I got one that was way too strong and it totally turned me off from going there ever again. So now I haven't had Starbucks in years. I honestly prefer McDonald's Frappe's.

I love McDonalds breakfast meals and coffee. When I was in night shift, I never forget to buy McDonalds hot coffee before my shift.

I am a fan of Starbucks because I love coffee and pastries. The ambiance of the place is very nice and comfy. I go there because I usually have business meeting and I can find a good spot for discussions and presentations. I rather go to a coffee shop for business meeting and not in a restaurants. I don't like the impression of been an eye of the waiters and managers of the restaurants for staying there for quite some time.

I tried the wheat bread bagel with cream cheese in starbucks and it is so amazing. I am not fond of their coffees but my personal favorite is their strawberry and cream,

@chiwasaki Yes, you may try the sandwiches, the pastries and other juices. I like the Tazo Brambleberry and the Cinnamon Bun.

I am not into Starbucks as well. There is one coffee shop here in our area, very cheap but the coffee they serve is amazing. The food is good too specially the pastries.

I like them, but I don't go very often. We only have one Starbucks in town and it's not around where I live. I think they make pretty good drinks even though they're kind of expensive. I definitely prefer them to Seattle's Best though. I find Seattle's Best too sweet.
