What do you do when you feel emotional?

For me, writing is the best therapy. I write to emote myself and it acts as my relaxation. Words just flow and I pen down all my thoughts. It also helps me understand myself more.

When I feel too emotional, the best thing for me is to do something physical and sweat it all out.

I am too sentimental and emotional my tears comes out automatically.
