For me, writing is the best therapy. I write to emote myself and it acts as my relaxation. Words just flow and I pen down all my thoughts. It also helps me understand myself more.

l loves cooking. It is one of my hobbies..Most of the time, l prefer to cook non-spicy dishes, so my child can have a share, too. But, l will cook few times in a week, spicy foods for consume to cleanse the body. Ever heard it?
