Water isn't Free

I don't buy water since I already pay for the water I have. We have a whole house water filtration system and the water is fantastic.

Do you not pay for your tap water? We pay an arm and a leg for it over here in the UK. Evian, which is french owned bottled water and available all over the world is actually the word 'naive' spelt backwards. Says it all really.

Yeah I dont buy the bottled water anymore except for now and again Evian as I like it.

Lol I assumed that years ago. I always refill my water bottles and reuse them :)

I hate Aquafina. In fact, I just buy the bottles of generic water. It is probably filtered water too, but it tastes better than my tap water.

Yep this is no surprise. We filter our water at home through the tap.

I remember the line from the movie Ugly Truth where Gerard Butler's character says "bottled water is the same thing as filtered tap water", and apparently that line is actually correct.

I kind of knew this water thing to be a farce. Our ancestors never had it. Why sudden fear of diseases? So I never bought filtered water. Instead I bought a filter. As far as water borne diseases are concerned, we have not had any.

I always suspected that the companies were cheating.

I have often wondered that about some of the companies who sell water. I rarely ever buy bottled water.

I knew that, ozarka does that too, most places too (hubby worked in a plant, it was literally next door to the waste water treatment facility and had a DIRECT pipeline...so yeah we never get that brand)

But you still get it from water fountains. We all need water although it is not always easily available.

I have heard that in bottled water there is some damage to us. Mostly because the plastic in it reacts with water to make very hazardous chemicals that damage our kidneys a alot.

Wasn't Coca Cola also done for the same thing some time ago in a new bottled water product, they'd conjured up.... strange how all these 'important' stories are nicely brushed under a convenient carpet, when big businesses are involved, not only in cheating the public...they do that all the time... but when they are found out!!
